How to add and view Meter ID's in the app
- Open the Emaldo app and click on the Grid Rewards Widget on the Home Screen.
- Click Facility ID

If the fields are blank you will be able to click into them and you can enter your Production ID and Consumption ID.
If you have already entered these numbers this is where you will be able to view them and check that they are correct.
However, you are unable to edit them once entered. To edit Meter ID's, please contact support using help@emaldo.com to arrange for the change to be made.
Did you previously enter 18 zeros as your Meter ID?
If you entered 18 0’s in place of a correct Meter ID Production, this is incorrect and your Grid Rewards will have been, or will be, paused. You can read more about this here: What do I do if I don’t know my Production ID?.
Where customer’s have entered 18 0’s incorrectly, we have tried to ensure the Meter ID Production field is cleared to allow the correct entry.
If this hasn’t happened and the incorrect Meter ID Production is still displayed please contact help@emaldo.com for assistance in updating it to the correct Meter ID Production.
