How do I add, view, or edit my Meter ID's in the App?

How to add and view Meter ID's in the app

1. Open the Emaldo app and click on the Grid Rewards Widget on the Home Screen.

2. Click Facility ID

3. If the fields are blank you will be able to click into them and you can enter your Production ID and Consumption ID.  The IDs must meet the following validation rules
   1. The meter ID must be an 18‑digit GSRN number.
   2. It cannot consist of 18 zeros.
   3. Both production and consumption meter IDs must not be provided unless you are in the Netherlands where just the Consumption ID is required. The production and consumption meter IDs cannot be the same.

4. If you have already entered these numbers this is where you will be able to view them and check that they are correct. 

   However, you are unable to edit them once entered. To edit Meter ID's, please contact support using help@emaldo.com to arrange for the change to be made.
