Stop Grid Rewards
You can stop Grid Rewards at any time, on both plans.
- Flexible Grid Rewards: takes effect within 3 days after you request it in the app.
- Guaranteed Grid Rewards: takes effect within 3 days after you request it in the app.
The 3 days allow any scheduled balancing tasks to complete.
Change your Grid Rewards plan
From Guaranteed to Flexible
You can switch back to Flexible at any time, yourself in the Emaldo® app. The switch takes effect after a 15-day processing period, and no new qualification period is needed.
From Flexible to Guaranteed
Guaranteed Grid Rewards is only for new systems commissioned on or after 6 September 2026. Sign up for Flexible within 30 days after your installer linked the system to your app, and then apply: Guaranteed Grid Rewards programme for new installations.
