As with all technology that is connected to a live network be that cellular (for your mobile phone), or satellite (for your satellite navigation system in your car), your Emaldo® system will be updated regularly, with new features, enhancements and improvements to keep it operating as optimally as possible.
We will always communicate with you to let you know when a new release is available, and give you details of what is in the update.
All of these updates go through a rigorous testing process to ensure they have the desired effect, and any issues are identified before they are released. However, like all software updates, it is possible that mistakes are made and sometimes these can affect the operation of your system. When that happens, the issues are identified and rectified as quickly as possible.
