Your Emaldo® system comes with built-in 4G connectivity which can be activated from the app for a monthly fee.
Enabling 4G connectivity is recommended when your Emaldo® system is installed in a location where wired LAN connection is not possible and there is weak or no Wi-Fi signal available. 4G connectivity can also be used as a backup in case the internet connection is down.
Activate 4G connectivity
- Open the Emaldo® app on your phone
- On the home page, tap the Prime Services card.
- Tap the 4G Traffic Package card.
- Select if you would like to pay on a monthly basis or a yearly basis. Selecting to pay yearly comes with a discount.
- Tap Signup.
Please allow up to 5 minutes for the connection to be established between your Emaldo® system and the mobile network.
