Once Emaldo has approved your request and enabled the switch for your account, you can complete the process in the Emaldo® app.
As the end customer, you must complete the steps yourself, verify your information and sign a new Power of Attorney specifically for Guaranteed Grid Rewards.
This is required even if you have already signed a Power of Attorney for Flexible Grid Rewards.
As part of this process, you will also need to review and accept the terms and limitations of the Guaranteed Grid Rewards agreement.
Step 1: Open Grid Rewards
Open the Emaldo® app and tap the Grid Rewards icon on the main screen.
Step 2: Open your current plan
Tap the banner at the top of the screen showing your current Grid Rewards plan.
Step 3: Select Switch Plan
Scroll down and tap Switch Plan.
Step 4: Confirm the switch
The app will run a short test.
Tap Next, then tap Confirm to continue.
Step 5: Enter your sign up information
Enter all the required information.
Tap Next to continue.
Step 6: Verify your email address
Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
Tap Next to continue.
Step 7: Enter your address
Enter your address and complete the other required fields.
Tap Next to continue.
Step 8: Enter your bank account details
Enter your bank account details.
Tap Next to continue.
Step 9: Review your contracted devices
Check that the information about your contracted devices is correct.
Tap Next to continue.
Step 10: Review the Power of Attorney
Read the Power of Attorney carefully.
Tap Agree and Sign to continue.
Step 11: Sign the contract
Use your finger to add your signature in the signature area.
Tap Save to continue.
Step 12: Review the contract and your signature
Review the Power of Attorney and your signature.
If everything is correct, tap Agree and Confirm to continue.
Step 13: Complete your enrolment
Once the app confirms that you have successfully enrolled, tap Done.
Your enrolment is complete, and the plan change will take effect after the waiting period shown in the app.
Step 14: Check when the change will take effect
Open the Grid Rewards page in the app to check when your plan change will take effect.
Step 15: Let us know (important)
Once you have completed these steps, please let us know by replying to this email. Emaldo will process your request.
Step 16: View your active plan
Once the change takes effect, your Guaranteed Grid Rewards plan will be displayed on the Grid Rewards page.
You can follow the status of your plan change on the Grid Rewards page in the app.
