You can switch from the Flexible Grid Rewards Plan to the Guaranteed Grid Rewards Plan at any time, provided you meet the eligibility requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Guaranteed Grid Rewards Plan, your system must include a minimum of three batteries.
How to Switch Plans
- Open the Emaldo App.

Navigate to the Grid Rewards section using the widget on the home screen.

Click on the top bar.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Switch Plan”.
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.
