Why Haven’t I Been Paid This Month?
The short answer is that your unit is not included in the data set we use as the basis for monthly payouts.
How Does the Payout Process Work?
Each month, we receive an official report listing all active devices that have participated in the Grid Rewards program.
Only the units included in this report are eligible to receive payment.
If your unit does not appear in this report, it unfortunately means you will not receive a payout for that specific month.
Why Might a Device Be Missing from the Report?
The most common is:
The Device Was Reset (Rebooted/Factory Reset)
If your unit has been reset or restarted, the connection between your device and the Emaldo app is broken.
When this happens, the system no longer registers your unit as “active” — and you will not appear in the payment report until you sign up again.
Solution: Re-sign via the App
The good news is that the app has saved most of your previous data.
All you need to do is open the Emaldo app and click “Next” through the sign-up steps again. It takes less than a minute.
Once you’ve completed the sign-up, your unit will be included in the next month’s report, and you’ll once again be eligible for payouts.
Reminder:
• If you’re unsure of your status, open the app and check whether it says “Aktivitet” (Activity) in green next to your Device ID.
• If you don’t see it in green, you’re not active in the Grid Rewards program — and need to re-sign to resume participation.
