This article explains what is new in Emaldo® App version 3.0.0: a new Family Settings page and Parallel Mode. It is for all Emaldo® App users. The app has a new layout that is simpler and easier to use. All settings for your Family are now in one place.
What is new?
One of the most important additions is Parallel Mode. If you have several compatible Emaldo® systems at the same address, Parallel Mode lets you connect them and manage them as one system.
Important: All devices must be registered in the same family. To learn how, see Commission and Configure Emaldo Unit to same Family.
The new Family Settings page also gives you easier access to your existing settings and functions.
How to open your Family Settings
- Open the Emaldo® App (version 3.0.0). If you have not updated yet, download the latest version of the app. If you are not sure which version you have, see How to find the app version.
- On the main screen, tap the settings icon (cogwheel) in the top right corner.
- The new Family Settings page opens. Here you can find your Family settings, including the new Parallel Mode configuration. Scroll down to see more settings.

Updated guides coming soon
The app layout has changed recently. Some of our guides and support articles may still show the previous layout. Two examples are Home Screen Navigation and Icons Description.
We are updating our documentation and preparing more guidance to help you use the new layout and its features.
