⚠️ This guide will teach you how to schedule participation hours for the Emaldo® grid Rewards program in the Emaldo® app. Participation schedules determine when your system is allowed to help balance the electricity grid and earn passive income for you.
From the Home Screen, tap Grid Rewards.
Tap Participation Hours.
Tap to edit the participation schedule.
If you want your system to be able to participate around the clock for the highest possible earnings potential, toggle All Day on.
If you instead want to limit the hours your system participates, toggle All Day off and select a starting time and ending time for the schedule.
⚠️ Selected times must be within the same day. E.g. selecting a starting time at 22:00 PM and an ending time at 02:00 AM is not possible.
Tap Repeat.
Now, tick off which days you want the schedule to Repeat.
It is possible to setup multiple participation schedules. To add more, tap in the top right corner of the screen.
In the above example the Emaldo® system is participating in grid balancing and generating passive income during the whole night and again during mid day.
⚠️ Your Emaldo® system will only be able to help balance the electricity grid during the participation hours you set. We highly recommend you to set your schedules to cover as many hours of the day as possible, to optimize your earnings potential the most.
