We understand that if you bought your Emaldo system from an installer who is no longer in business you might have concerns about what you do if you need support or advice.
Our local support teams are here for you
Unlike many battery storage providers we have prioritised providing our customers with local support teams meaning you can contact someone who speaks your language that has expert knowledge of the system. If your Emaldo installer goes out of business you do not need to worry, you can still access all the help and guidance you need directly via Emaldo.

If you have heard that your installer has gone out of business please do not worry. Your systems warranty is not affected, nor is the level of support you will receive from us.
