What this helps you do
Restore smart meter and consumption data in the Emaldo® App when it’s missing or looks incorrect.
Before you start
- Most data issues are caused by a temporary Wi-Fi connection problem.
- If you’re unsure about any electrical wiring, contact your installer.
Try this first
A full reboot often restores missing data.
- Turn off your Emaldo® unit by pressing and holding the big red power button found behind the access panel on the side of your Emaldo® unit.
- Turn off your home internet router.
- Wait at least 5 minutes.
- Turn your router back on and wait until it’s fully online.
- Turn your Emaldo® unit back on.
If you recently connected solar panels
If you see no solar production at all after a recent solar installation, the positive and negative cables may have been mixed up during installation.
What to do: Contact your installer to inspect and correct the wiring.
What you’ll see next
- Smart meter and consumption data may take a short time to reappear after the reboot.
- If solar wiring was incorrect, production should appear after your installer corrects it.

If the data is still missing or looks wrong after rebooting, submit a request and include:
- your device ID
- your app version
- screenshots of the missing/incorrect data
- when the issue started (date and time)
